About Moore Help 4 Grief
A nurse, a widow, and a companion for the road you did not choose
I am a registered nurse with a master’s degree in nursing and more than 30 years of experience caring for patients and supporting their loved ones through some of life’s most difficult challenges.
Today, as a Certified Grief Educator trained by David Kessler, I serve as a compassionate guide and companion for individuals and families navigating loss. My approach is grounded in evidence-based grief education and shaped by deep respect for each person’s unique experience.
How I can support you
Three ways to begin
-
One-on-one sessions
Private grief support, at your pace, in a space where you do not have to explain yourself or protect anyone else’s feelings.
-
Support groups
Small groups for shared understanding and connection with people who know what this is like from the inside.
-
Zoom courses
Guided courses offering tools, understanding, and encouragement, from wherever you are.
My personal connection to grief
I know how much it matters to be truly heard
I also understand grief from my own lived experience. I know how important it is to have someone who truly listens, understands, and walks beside you.
My goal is to help you honor your loved one, understand your grief, and begin building a meaningful life in your own time and in your own way.
Many friends want to support someone who is grieving, but they may not know how, especially if they have never experienced such a loss themselves. That gap is where this work lives.
Stages of grief
It is possible to feel stuck at any point
I approach this work with humility and grace, and I am honored to support others through their darkest days. If friends or family members have encouraged you to seek help, know that support is available.
